Description

Ottoman Empire. Abdul Hamid II gold 500 Kurush AH 1293 Year 31 (1906/1907) MS64 NGC, Constantinople mint (in Turkey), KM733. A handsome example of this milled Ottoman issue that only occasionally comes to market, rarely this fine, as confirmed by NGC's census, ranking as the sole occupant. Deep harvest gold canvases abound with satiny appearances populating the protected regions of the legends. A fine near-gem.
