Sultans of Delhi. Muhammad bin Tughluq (AH 725-752 / AD 1325-1351) gold Tanka AH 726 (AH 1325/1326) MS64 NGC, Hadrat Delhi mint, ICV-2500, Zeno-11107, G&G-D331 (R). Type with al-wathiq reverse legend. An extremely captivating and virtually unimprovable selection, essentially perfectly centered and soundly struck, with very little of the usual flatness atop the calligraphy observed. Intensely lustrous from heavily polished dies, and possessed of all appearances of a gem.
