Simon (Paleo-Hebrew), bunch of grapes in three lobes hanging from branch, tendrils to left and right / For the Freedom of Jerusalem (Paleo-Hebrew), kinnor (lyre) with three strings. GBC 6, 6462. GBC 5, 1435. TJC 274. Mildenberg 204. Intense red and gold toning. From the New England Collection Overstruck on a Hadrian denarius with only a bold outline of the emperor's portrait visible on the obverse.
