Diademed head of Antiochus VII right, bead-and-reel border / BAΣIΛEΩΣ / ANTIOXOY / EYEP-ΓETOY, Athena standing facing, head left, left hand on grounded shield decorated with gorgoneion, spear resting against arm, Nike in right hand facing right, crowning royal epithet; ΔI monogram above A in outer left field, O-Λ across inner fields; all within laurel wreath. SC 2148. Sharply struck from fresh dies with a perfectly centered reverse showcasing the entirety of the wreath border. Incredibly detailed hair tousled about and overlaying the diadem.
