Tibet. Theocracy Rupee ND (1933-1939) AU50 NGC, Chengdu mint, KM-Y3.5, L&M-357, WS-0759-2. Horizontal rosette, with collar variety. Exhibiting well-defined motifs and white surfaces with hints of luster to the crevices. A seldom-seen variety, pairing the small head and collar with the horizontal rosette on the reverse. The Standard Catalog lists this type as an emission of the Kangding mint, but the character Si corresponds to issues of Chengdu.
