Hsüan-t'ung 20 Cents Year 3 (1911) AU Details (Cleaned) NGC, Tientsin mint, KM-Y29, L&M-40, Kann-229, WS-0048. One of the only "general" issue Imperial minors from the reign of the final Qing Emperor, Hsüan-t'ung, and among the final emissions produced under the dynasty, with examples of this type garnering spirited bidding attention even in lower technical grades. Admittedly showing some bluish discoloration from the noted cleaning, the strike on the whole remains very strong, inline with its Almost Uncirculated certification. Likely to be a more attainable rendition for a coin that rapidly escalates in rarity and price in problem-free grades.
