China People's Bank of China 50,000 Yuan 1950 Pick 856 S/M#C282 PMG Very Fine 25. There were only two 50,000 denominations issued in the famed PRC series, both of which are dated 1950. This was the highest denomination of the extensive series. Xinhuamen Gate is engraved on the front of this pretty banknote. PMG mentions restoration, which was applied tastefully. A rare note in any grade and desirable.
