British Colony. Victoria Mint Error - Obverse Brockage 5 Cents ND (1870-1892) F12 ANACS, cf. KM93 (for type). An incredibly scarce early colonial Ceylonese brockage, standing as only the second we have ever offered--the last, a VF25 (which showed much more surface contact than the present coin), brought $376 in our March 2017 Auction #231711. Perhaps a touch undergraded, and a clear curiosity piece for the world error collector.
