The joint finest certified example of this inaugural date for the type yet seen by NGC, a particularly remarkable feat given the issue's typically bagmarked, if not outright circulated, preservation. Beaming with cartwheel finish and an almost frosty appearance to Pedro's bust, this is by far the nicest we have offered.
