A choice, bright white example of this highly popular and perennial favorite of a Proof Rouble, rarely encountered in such an admirable state of preservation and coupled with the "Cameo" designation. Soundly struck devices awash in pervasive mint frost are enhanced by fully Proof, water fields, contributing to the advanced characteristics of the piece at hand. Of examples populating the NGC census, only three rank more highly on a technical basis, and should inspire bidding commensurate with that fact.
