Essentially Prooflike, with only a mild whirling of underlying cartwheel luster to suggest that this is indeed just an exceptionally fine business strike. Indeed, it is hardly an understatement to say that this coin very much presses the upper bounds of its assigned grade, a fact verified by the presence of only 3 star-graded representatives of the date in NGC's census.
