D N VALENS-PER F AVG, pearl-diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust of Valens right, seen from front / RESTITVTOR REIPVBLICAE, Valens standing facing in military dress, head right, grounded labarum with cross on banner in right hand, Victory left on globe in left; ANTΓ star in exergue.
