Short bearded bust of Mithradates IV left, wearing double banded diadem and segmented necklet / ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ / ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩN / ΜΕΓ-ΑΛΟY / ΑΡ-ΣΑΚΟY / ΕΠIΦΑNOYΣ / ΔΙΚΑΙΟY / ΘΕΟY EYΠATOPOΣ ΦΙΛΕΛΛΗΝΟΣ, archer enthroned right, monogram above bow, eight line inscription stylized and partly blundered. cf.
