Straits Settlements Government of the Straits Settlements 25 Cents ND (1917) Pick 7 KNB15 PMG Very Fine 25. The locally-printed 25 Cents note of 1917 is a key note for the colony and it seldom appears today. It was heavily circulated in lieu of silver coinage which was hoarded during that time. A tape repair to the center margin is mentioned for accuracy. Rare in any grade and extremely popular with collectors today.
