A great multicolor note with a regal lion vignette and an appealing use of color, this Specimen was printed by BWC and is roulette "CANCELLED" at bottom right. PMG notes that this example was previously mounted and has printer annotations in the top margin on the face, and also mentions ink although it is unclear to your cataloger what is being indicated by that comment, possibly referring to smearing of the two annotations on the top margin.
