Canada Dominion of Canada $1 17.3.1917 DC-23a-ii PCGS Very Choice New 64PPQ. Bold inks and excellent embossing are seen on this large format type Dominion of Canada issue. This example was the only new design to have been introduced during World War II, and the only note of this 1917 series. Princess Patricia, granddaughter of Queen Victoria, is featured on the face with a view of the Houses of Parliament on the back. Highly collectible and scarce in this grade.
