A scarce Specimen from the early Dominion of Canada issue with always popular fishing vignette and the portrait of the Prince of Wales, who later became King Edward VII. Bold black and green tints are seen on the face. This example features dark brown colors on the back. This is one of a total of four examples graded in the PMG Population Report. Two POCs and a designation of Exceptional Paper Quality is seen on this highly collectible type.
