Chinese Soviet Republic (Kiangsi) 20 Cents 1933 UNC Details (Tooled) PCGS, KM-Y508, L&M-895, Kann-807. A Communist-era minor that reaches almost unattainable status in fully Mint State preservation, with most examples having been poorly cared for in the over 80 years since they were first minted. To the cataloger, the noted tooling appears to be in the form of some vertical abrasion marks confined to the reverse, which may have subsequently been lightly smoothed.
