China Hunan Provincial Bank 1 Yuan 1.1.1928 Pick S1951a S/M#H164-1 PMG Choice Uncirculated 64. A handsome and interesting note, examples are rare in any grade but especially desirable in Uncirculated grade. Originally an issue from the Changsha Bank, it was overprinted and issued by the Hunan Provincial Bank. Overprints in black on both sides and new signatures in the white panels complete the transformation.
