Description

Philip IV gold Cob 2 Escudos ND (1627-1632) NR-P MS62 NGC, Nuevo Reino mint, KM4.1, Cal-Type 386. 6.73gm. One of only two examples certified by NGC to date, and displaying a bold and well-centered reverse cross alongside minimally handled, satiny surfaces. Though struck partially off-flan, the letters N and R are visible to the obverse left, while the roman numeral denomination "II" is also visible to the right of the shield.
