Description
Republic 8 Reales 1829 Go-MJ MS62 NGC, Guanajuato mint, KM377.8, DP-Go10. Dies of 1829-1830. A near-Choice Mint State issue from the early days of the Guanajuato mint, enveloped in commendable, original surfaces decorated in mottled peach and steel-blue tones made apparent by ample cartwheel luster. It is nonetheless evident that this specimen saw hardly any use in circulation and populates the NGC census as the second finest certified, behind a single MS64.
