George III Proof 6 Pence 1787 PR65 NGC, KM606.2, ESC-2190 (prev. ESC-1629). Variety with hearts in the Hanoverian shield. Executed with extreme precision and skill, a unique style in the British coinage series and seldom encountered so highly graded as this. Although at first it appears dark, tilting in the light reveals vibrant sunset elements in the patina.
