Hannover. William IV of England gold 10 Taler 1835-B AU55 NGC, KM171.1, Fr-1164. From the SS New York Shipwreck. The scarcer Standard Catalog entry with legend reading "HANNOV" and the only seen by NGC, imbued with a canary-gold patination and surprisingly sharp features. It is a miracle this piece exists certified so fine, tied with one other for the date, and having been salvaged from the SS New York shipwreck after spending so long under water.
