Archduke Ferdinand 3 Taler ND (1564-1595) XF Details (Mount Removed, Tooled) NGC, Hall mint, Dav-A8096. While we have handled a significant quantity and variety of Talers to date, this is the first such instance in which we have encountered this hefty 3 Taler of Ferdinand. While the conditional qualifiers are obvious, the thickness of the planchet is not, weighing in at an impressive 82.23gm. With only a handful of these multiple-Talers still extant, this presents a rare opportunity to acquire such an interesting issue.
