Republic copper-nickel Proof Pattern Balboa 1986 PR67 Cameo NGC, Stuttgart mint, KM-Pn4. Type 1, with no slanted lines in the upper circle of the helmet upon the obverse, and no lines around the sun, near the moon, and in the right of the wheel of progress on the reverse. A very attractive Pattern imbued with a slight haze obscuring what would otherwise be highly reflective fields against a frosted, amber-tinged portrait of Balboa. Ex. Richard Stuart Collection
