D N THEODO-SIVS P F AVG, pearl-diademed, helmeted, cuirassed facing bust of Theodosius II, head turned slightly right, spear in right hand over shoulder, shield decorated with horseman motif in left / CONCORDI-A AVGGG Z (retrograde), Constantinopolis enthroned facing, helmeted head right, right foot on prow, scepter in right hand, Victory on globe in left; CONOB in exergue.
