A King George V portrait note and King George VI portrait note are both included in this lot. The 5 Rupees variety was first issued in 1925, but was replaced by the next series in 1937. A spindle hole at issue is mentioned for accuracy. The large format 100 Rupees was issued through Lahore, and features typical internal tears and ink stamps.
