China Hua-Hsing Commercial Bank 10 Cents = 1 Chiao 1938 Pick J93a S/M#H184-1 PMG Choice Uncirculated 64. The Hua-Hsing Commercial Bank was a brief precursor to the Central Reserve Bank of China, which began issuing banknotes in 1940. This 10 cents note is rare, along with all other Hua-Hsing issues of 1938. In issued form, this small change note is scarce in all grades, but it is especially desirable in Choice Uncirculated. A rare, high grade note. We have not offered this type above the Extremely Fine grade point in the past.
