China Bank of Communications, Shanghai 10 Yuan 1.10.1914 Pick 118q Pack of 100 Consecutive Notes Crisp Uncirculated. A desirable complete bundle of notes is offered in this lot. There is some debate about the 1914 Bank of Communications issues, with some believing they were either reissued or printed fresh around 1940 or so, in order to meet cash demands. Nevertheless an excellent bundle of notes, with typical American Banknote Company characteristics. Some handling may be present on the extremities as per the norm for bundles of this era.
