Description
Caracas. Royalist and/or Republican Provisional Fantasy Cob 2 Reales (Macuquinas) 741 VF25 NGC, Caracas mint, KM-C13.1, OAV-2R-C.A.11. 5.01gm. Large castles variety. A type almost universally found in lower grades and with significant unevenness of strike, yet found here with noticeable definition to the features, accentuated by darkened steel toning to the lower-lying regions. For reference, the last example of this type we sold brought $1680 in our April 2020 sale.
