MACEDONIAN KINGDOM. Philip II (359-336 BC). AV stater (18mm, 8.57 gm, 11h). NGC AU 5/5 - 4/5, light marks. Posthumous issue of Lampsacus, under Philip III Arrhidaeus, ca. 323-315 BC. Laureate head of Apollo right / ΦIΛIΠΠOY, charioteer driving fast biga right, kentron in right hand, reins in left; coiled serpent right above ΑΠ monogram below. Le Rider pg. 283. SNG ANS 285. Perfectly centered on bright, flashy flan.
