Portugal Banco de Portugal 2500 Reis 1909-19 (ND 1916) Pick 107; 107sp Issued Banknote and Specimen Proof PMG About Uncirculated 53 EPQ (2). Two handsome types, each a century old, are offered in this lot. The issued banknote is in exceptionally good grade for the type. Likewise, the Specimen Proof is quite nice, with totally original paper and a hole punched cancellation. Early Portuguese issues are seldom seen with EPQ status.
