Libya Bank of Libya 5 Pounds 1963 / AH1382 Pick 31 PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ. Libyan banknotes of the second 1963 series are surprisingly challenging to obtain in the best of grades. This 5 Pound note is the second highest denomination of the series and is rarely seen in anything close to this grade. An underrated type and simply beautiful. Not to be missed.
