Diademed head of deified Alexander III right, wearing horn of Ammon / ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ / ΛΥΣΙΜΑΧΟΥ, Athena seated left, wearing long chiton and helmet, Nike crowning royal name in right hand, left arm resting on grounded shield with lion head boss at side, transverse spear in background; ΠYH in inner left field, herm left in outer left field.
