Description
People's Democratic Republic gold "Walia Ibex" 600 Birr EE 1970 (1977) MS68 NGC, KM63. Mintage: 547. A scarce conservation issue honoring the endangered walia ibex, found exclusively in the mountains of northern Ethiopia. This example exhibits semi-Prooflike surfaces and is bested by only one other at PCGS. AGW 0.9675 oz.
