Denmark National Bank 500 Kroner 1944 Pick 41a PMG Choice Uncirculated 64 EPQ. An immaculate post WWII highest denomination in top tier condition. The 1944 series was promptly released by the Danish parliament to replace 1937 series because of the pillaging of the Danish Central Bank by the Nazis in 1940. Redemption of the 1937 series was limited and controlled.
