Produced during the short presidency of Tsao Kun before General Feng Yuxiang's coup in 1924. A splendid representative of this classic one-year type, seen here in an undisputed choice status relatively rarely seen for the issue. Both sides reveal full detail, paired with plentiful die polish that can be discerned even at an arm's length.
