Kiangsu. Kuang-hsü 5 Cash CD 1906 MS66 PCGS, KM-Y9n, Duan-1708, CL-KS.43. A rare minor type which is virtually unseen at this level of preservation, and thus perhaps a singular opportunity to acquire such a fine example thereof. Of those certified by PCGS, only two meet the gem level, with this offering standing as the single-finest of 72 examples currently graded by that service, no examples of a much smaller number certified by NGC reaching this peak grade. A truly elite specimen whose fields exhibit scattered raised die polish lines, though little else, rendering the surfaces ultra-sleek and stunningly free of any handling or signs of contact. An altogether exceptional coin worthy of the closest consideration.
