Kuang-hsü 10 Cents ND (1908) MS64+ NGC Tientsin mint, KM-Y12, L&M-13, Kann-218. Variety without dot at end of tail. Exceptionally lofty to say the least, not least as a minor from this period, with just a single piece certified a point finer at both NGC and PCGS. Very easily achieving its impressive "plus" designation, the surfaces positively resound with mint luster while the devices remain sharply cut and entirely free of striking weakness. Very nearly gem, and the ideal type coin.
