British Colony Counterstamped 6 Shilling 8 Pence ND (1758) XF45 NGC, KM8.2, Prid-4. Displaying GR counterstamp on a Ferdinand VI 8 Reales 1757 Mo-MM from Mexico (cf. KM104.1). Perhaps the most highly sought denomination in the series, even if the 3 Shilling 4 Pence is technically rarer, with a superb orientation of the counterstamps off lacking on most examples. Each stamp is deeply impressed with a fine stippled texture, bolstering the eye appeal next to soft champagne tone.
