Pakistan Government of Pakistan 10 Rupees ND (1948) Pick 6s Specimen PMG Choice Uncirculated 63. A surprisingly rare Specimen for the 1948 10 Rupees, this is the first example we have offered. A black overprint at front is coupled with solid zero serial numbers. Minor rust and staple holes at issue are mentioned for accuracy. At the time of cataloging, there are only five examples graded in the PMG Population Report.
