A well preserved and high grade pair of Specimen, these are from the early Banco Nacional Ultramarino issues. Bright paper and deep color inks present visual appeal. Printer's annotations, an attached counterfoil, and a perforated "cancelled" are noted on both examples. Previous mounting is mentioned on the 1000 Reis.
