Republic 8 Reales 1834 Ca-MR AU53 PCGS, Chihuahua mint, KM377.2, DP-Ca04 (Very Rare). Quite attractive for the designation, well-struck with considerably lustrous surfaces and faint high-point friction defining the grade, a small planchet crack at 12 o'clock mentioned for accuracy's sake. A choice example of this rare date-assayer combination, among the finest we have seen and incredibly difficult in this state of preservation. Presently outranked by only 3 specimens at NGC. Ex.
