Ottoman Empire. Ahmed III gold Findik AH 1115 (1703/1704) XF45 NGC, Tiflis mint (in Georgia), KM8, Pere-514, UBK-pg. 86 (RRR), Damali-23-TF-A3. 3.41gm. A very rare type from the Ottoman occupation of Georgia, particularly in relatively problem-free grades, with this being the first example we have come across since our sale of the Hans Wilski Collection in 2018.
