Description
Republic gold 2 Pesos 1867-So MS63 NGC, Santiago mint, KM143, MC-Unl. Mintage: 840. The sole certified example of this first year and key date for the type across both NGC and PCGS combined, and a remarkable designation at that, full cartwheel effects pervading both sides. Interestingly this date-denomination was missing from the Eliasberg collection, making it a yet clearer target for South American collectors.
