Pedro II gold 10000 Reis 1838 AU Details (Cleaned) NGC, Rio de Janeiro mint, KM451, LMB-619. The rarest date in the series, one which saw a mere 482 struck, this compared to as many as 13,294 in 1835. Very rarely encountered as such. Well-struck, with the surfaces displaying only lighter indications of cleaning.
