Maria I & Pedro III gold 1600 Reis 1784-B MS61 NGC, Bahia mint, KM211, LMB-474. Of great rarity in Mint State, and the first example of this date that we have offered in any grade. Struck with almost perfect centering on a butter-gold planchet displaying traces of amber toning accents at the outer registers. A well-defined rim with sharp denticles frames the central features, providing a fitting border for the piece, undoubtedly bound to draw significant attention from the Brazilian collecting community.
