Jose I gold 4000 Reis 1769-(L) MS61 NGC, Lisbon mint, KM171.2, LMB-321. The finest we have seen of this date, and indeed the sole finest example graded by NGC. Satiny, intact luster upon surfaces surprisingly free of marks for the assigned grade.
