DANUBE REGION. Balkan Tribes. Imitating Alexander III the Great (336-323 BC). Ca. 3rd-2nd century BC. AR drachm (19mm, 3.10 gm, 8h). Fine, six drill holes on edge. Head of Heracles right, wearing lion skin headdress, paws tied before neck / Degraded legend beginning with A, Zeus seated left on backless throne, right leg drawn back, feet suspended, eagle in right hand, scepter in left; lion skin draped over club in left field.
