Meiji gold 10 Yen Year 4 (1871) MS65+ NGC, Osaka mint, KM-Y12, JNDA 01-2. Variety without border. A very highly contested type at this gem level, with a gorgeous shimmer to the surfaces that appears nearly Prooflike. Needle sharp in all of the design elements, NGC has certified only a handful finer out of 125 total in their census.
